USER RULES/PERATURAN PENGUNA.

1. Untuk memastikan “nama samaran” anda kekal atau tidak diguna oleh mana-mana pengguna yang lain. Anda haruslah mendaftar “nama samaran” tersebut akan tetapi anda harus mengunakan “nama samaran” dahulu seperti /nickname Faizol . Contoh bagi pendaftaran anda perlu taip /attach password email sebagai contoh anda taip /attach Faizol123456 faizolhalim@relaychat.my. Anda diwajibkan mengunakan email yang betul kerana “IRCop” akan bertanya mengenai email anda sebelum “sendpass”.

2. Anda boleh daftar sebanyak mana “nama samaran” atau “saluran” tanpa sekatan. Akan tetapi kami ingin menegaskan sebarang bentuk “nama samaran” atau “saluran” tidaklah keterlaluan dengan mengunakan perkataan lucah atau perkataan atau nama yang boleh mendatangkan kemarahan pada pengguna yang lain.

3. Penguna dilarang membuat ONAR seperti “flood/clones/swearing/spammer/drones/backdoor” didalam rangkaian RelayChat’s.

4. Kami melarang semua pengguna dari membuat sebarang bentuk “IKLAN RANGKAIAN” didalam rangkaian RelayChat’s. Jika didapati anda melakukan juga,Pihak Pentadbiran tidak teragak untuk “KLINE” anda dalam rangkaian ini.

5. Mengunakan perkataan kesat atau lucah yang terlebih,jika “Operator Channel” mengadu perkara tersebut maka “IRCop” tidak teragak untuk “shun” pengguna yang menggunakan perkataan tersebut.

USER RULES / USER RULES.

CHANNEL RULES/PERATURAN SALURAN.

 

1. Cara untuk mendaftar “saluran”,anda haruslah masuk “saluran” yang dikehendaki. Lepas itu anda perlu menaip /attach #saluran deskrisi sebagai contoh anda taip /attach #relaychat My Channel Properties.

2. Dilarang membuka “saluran” semata-mata untuk bermain “flood/massjoin/clones/drones/reveng-kickban” Tindakan tegas seperti “KLINE” dan “CLOSED” akan dikenakan oleh “IRCop”.

3. Jika “IRCop” mendapati “saluran” tersebut masukkan “PSYBNC” melebihi 50 nick,kami akan “zline” ip “bnc” tersebut.

4. Dilarang membuka “saluran” dengan nama-nama yang mengarut serta lucah,pihak “Closures Team” berhak menutup saluran anda serta-merta selepas memo diberikan.

  

CHANNEL RULES / CHANNEL REGULATIONS.

 SERVICES ADMIN & HELPER RULES/PERATURAN PENTADBIR & PEMBANTU.

1. Tanggungjawap “kakitangan” Pentadbir adalah sangat besar berbanding pembantu,untuk menjadi Pentadbir seseorang itu haruslah memilik pengetahuan mengenai “nickserv/chanserv/operserv” serta nickname dan channel prop/uprop/field.

2. “Password” oper adalah sangat sensitif dilarang sama sekali memberi kepada orang lain atau cuba menjual “password oper” atau “nick oper” anda. Jika Pihak NMT dapat menangkap “kakitangan” tersebut maka NMT berhad Freeze “nick oper” serta deleted O-Line anda dalam “Adminserv”.

3. Semua “kakitangan” dilarang menggunakan “ZNC” atau “PSYBNC” ketika anda “o-lines”,jika kami detect idle melebih 3jam tanpa berbicara itu akan dianggap “znc atau bnc”.

4. “Kakitangan” ditegah menukar nick oper kepada nick lain,jika perkara ini berlaku anda akan kena disable “o-lines” selama 3 bulan berkuatkuasa dari tarikh diberi tindakan “tatatertib”.

5. “Kakitangan” pentadbir dan pembantu harus tolong-menolong antara satu sama lain. Dan “kakitangan” harus membantu menaikkan nama “rangkaian”. Dan memastikan sebarang pencerobohan disekat atau dihalang serta merta seperti virus/hacker/flooder/drones.

6. Penggunaan “samode/sajoin/fjoin/sakick/saprop/kill/akill” haruslah bersebab. Jika ada “kakitangan” cuba melanggar larangan tersebut,maka “o-lines” anda akan disable selama 1 bulan dari tempoh dari tarikh tindakan oleh “Kakitangan Tatatertib”.

 

SERVICES ADMIN & HELPER RULES / ADMINISTRATOR AND ADMINISTRATIVE REGULATIONS.

6. The use of "samode / sajoin / fjoin / sakick / saprop / kill / akill" should be the cause. If any "staff" attempts to violate the prohibition, your "o-lines" will be disabled for 1 month from the date of action by "Discipline Officer".

 

 AMT RULES/PERATURAN AMT.

1. Pengenalan bagi Jabatan Pembantu Pengurusan Rangkaian Kumpulan RelayChat’s. Jabatan ini adalah peringkat kedua tertinggi selepas NMT.

2. Untuk sampai ke peringkat “AMT” setiap kakitangan “Pentadbir” haruslah mempunyai pengalaman dalam bidang “COMMAND” dan “NETWORK” atau sekurangnya menjawat jawatan “Pentadbir” rangkaian ini selama 5 tahun keatas.

3. “AMT” level rank sama seperti “Server Admin” akan tetapi pengunaan /adminserv adalah terhad bagi “AMT” untuk mengunakan command tersebut.

4. Tugasan “AMT” adalah menyelia setiap user keluar/masuk dan channel-channel yang terdapat dalam rangkaian ini.

5. “AMT” dilarang “DROP” nickname/channel yang terdapat didalam rangkaian,seelok “AMT” memberi amaran keatas nickname/channel tersebut.

6. Tanggungjawap “AMT” adalah sangat besar kerana membantu “NMT” ertikata mengambil tugasan NMT seketika. Oleh itu “AMT” haruslah sentiasa bersiap sedia dari pelbagai segi bentuk untuk melindungi/menjaga rangkaian ini dengan selamat.

 

AMT RULES / AMT REGULATIONS.

1. Introduction to RelayChat's Group Network Management Assistant Department. This department is the second highest level after NMT.
